VYOM’s Remote Management Services deploys services to equipment installed behind customer firewalls securely, via the Internet. Our solution has been designed with objectives of high performance & security at every level of its architecture. It makes use of Web services to communicate over the Internet and links VYOM’s equipment to a central server at the VYOM’s support center.

Through Remote Management Services, your computers can now provide performance data and alerts to our support team so that we can deliver proactive, rapid computer repair and support services with advanced remote troubleshooting capabilities. Our goal is to reduce time-to-repair, and increase reliability and uptime.

The two major technical components of VYOM’s Remote Management Services are the Agent and the Server. The Agent will be installed at your site while the Server resides within our support center at VYOM. The Agent software that handles Remote Management Services functions at your site. It is installed directly as a software download that VYOM sends as an email attachment or via Live chat.

The software takes only about a minute to download and it is compatible with all known firewalls and broadband routers and requires no configuration.
